Face to Face classes will have a maximum of 12 participants to allow distancing. For hygiene reasons everyone will have to bring their own equipment. I will ask kindly to wear a mask on arrival, you will remove it only once settled on your mat. Hand sanitiser gel will be available.
Online classes will still be in small numbers. I will provide different levels and alternatives to suit all needs and abilities and there will still be interaction to ensure everyone performs the exercises safely and correctly.
